ALLEVYN Gentle Border Wound dressing delivers fluid management via the unique triple-action technology which absorbs, retains and transpires the optimal balance of fluid. This optimizes the moist wound environment and helps to promote healing. It is a unique tri-lobe foam dressing incorporating the triple action technology designed to fit the most awkward areas of the body.

• Indications: It is indicated for wound management by secondary intention on shallow, granulating wounds, chronic and acute low exuding wounds full and partial thickness wounds including pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, leg ulcers, fungating wounds, infected wounds, malignant wounds, surgical wounds, donor sites, first and second degree burns.
• Precautions: Do not use it with oxidizing agents such as hypochlorite solutions or hydrogen peroxide, as these can break down the absorbent polyurethane component of the dressing, if reddening or sensitization occurs discontinue use.
