At Best Buy Medical Supplies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your professional apparel and medical footwear. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
